Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your return package.

  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original condition with all tags attached into the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
